Cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hi@sneezelesscat.com.au or through your account dashboard.

Cancellations received at least 48 hours before your next billing date will take effect immediately, and no further charges will be made.

Cancellations received within 48 hours of your next billing date will take effect the following cycle. Your final order will be dispatched as scheduled.

Refunds are not available for orders already processed or dispatched. If you have concerns about a shipment, please contact us at hi@sneezelesscat.com.au and we'll do our best to help.
