Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing SneezeLess Cat™. We want you and your cat to have the best possible experience. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or not as described.

To request a refund, please contact us at hi@sneezelesscat.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a brief description of the problem.

We'll assess the claim and respond within a few business days.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of consumable pet supplements, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once the product has been opened.

If the item is unopened, unused, and still in its original condition, we may approve a return or exchange at our discretion. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, let us know immediately at hi@sneezelesscat.com.au with photos so we can replace it quickly at no cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your parcel is delayed or missing, we'll do everything we can to assist, including lodging a formal investigation with the courier.

Please allow up to 10 business days for resolution.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the funds.

Subscriptions (If Enabled)

Subscription orders renew automatically. Customers may cancel or pause subscriptions via their customer portal at any time.

Please make changes before your next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.
