1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.

During peak periods or product launches, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Shipping within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or other courier partners.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days
  • Flat rate or calculated at checkout (depending on location)

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Calculated at checkout

Delivery times vary based on location and courier delays outside our control.

3. International Shipping (If Enabled)

International shipping is available to select countries. Rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link.

5. Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery information is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage fees may apply to resend it.

We cannot refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays. If your parcel is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or stuck in transit — contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the courier.

Please allow 10 business days for investigation outcomes.

We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery.

7. Damaged Packages or Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the external packaging, internal contents, and the damaged item.

We will replace or refund where appropriate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order ships together once the pre-order stock arrives.

Estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page.

9. Returns & Refunds

Refunds, returns, and replacements are handled under our Refund Policy, available on our website.
